Private Circle provides family office coordination, trust administration oversight, and related administrative services. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, bank, or trust company. We do not provide investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting services.

Our services are administrative and coordinating in nature. We work alongside your existing legal, tax, and financial advisors to ensure comprehensive oversight of your family's affairs.

Fiduciary Relationships

When Private Circle serves as a trustee or in another fiduciary capacity, we are bound by the duties and obligations set forth in the governing instrument and applicable law. These duties include, but are not limited to, the duty of loyalty, duty of care, duty of impartiality, and duty to inform beneficiaries.

Our fiduciary services are provided through properly licensed and regulated entities in the applicable jurisdictions. Specific disclosures regarding fiduciary arrangements will be provided in connection with each engagement.

Compensation & Conflicts of Interest

Private Circle is compensated through fees paid by client families. Our fee structure is disclosed in our engagement agreements. We do not receive commissions, referral fees, or other compensation from third-party service providers recommended to clients, unless specifically disclosed in writing.

We maintain policies and procedures designed to identify and manage potential conflicts of interest. Any material conflicts will be disclosed to affected clients in writing.

Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information. Information about clients and their affairs is shared only with authorized representatives, professional advisors engaged by the client, and as required by law. Our confidentiality policies and procedures are designed to meet or exceed industry standards for private family office services.
